Pros

Very focused on staff training and engagement, mission and impact are top notch, work life balance is done very well, pay is fair, time off is generous and people are very smart and dedicated.

Cons

Very large organization so it can sometimes feel overwhelming and separated. Depending on your department, job speed can vary greatly. Some departments move very fast and have high impacts and other move slow and have challenges with separation and decision making.
