Pros

Flexible hours, nice people, worthy mission. Great retirement and health insurance, but middling maternity leave (8 weeks).

Cons

Leadership changes = abrupt shifts in strategy from leadership without much thought given to the plebs actually doing the work. DEI work has caught TNC off guard, and it seems like leadership is unable to move past lip service in many business units.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate the value you see in our flexible working schedules and benefits. Supporting work-life balance is very important to us as an organization. When it comes to leadership changes, many factors come into play when making decisions and one of those is how it will impact all staff. I agree, that as we grow together and experience new dimensions of leadership, trust and transparency are vital to our mission. We would like to hear any additional feedback you may have and discuss areas of improvement. Please email us at recruiting@tnc.org.
