Pros

I joined TNC during the pandemic and have felt extremely welcomed, well-trained, not lost, and excited about the company. Great benefits, flexible work culture and understanding of life conflicts, every project is fun and rewarding.

Passionate company with high goals

Pros

-Staff passion & ethic for the work -Org-wide organization/web between chapters -Retirement benefits & competitive pay -Training/policy documentation -Flexible and diverse work environment -Team and empathetic work environment

Cons

-Higher up-front healthcare cost (great overall benefit though) -Less specific job responsibility layout for some positions. -Training is less of a focus over just diving into the work. -Retirement matching begins too long (1 year) after start-date.
