Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed a positive workplace and valued our flexible working schedules. TNC offers diverse growth and learning opportunities such as our online learning portal and Coda fellowship Program, which provide opportunities to collaborate across programs. We’ve recognized that for some, a variety of roles across divisions are as impactful as a traditional linear approach. Exposure to different areas can help develop transferable skills and unique perspectives. We would love to hear more about your career path and ways we can improve our program.

Pros

Strong commitment to conservation, fantastic field staff who are dedicated to managing the resources. Great compensations and benefits.

Cons

Embrace of rigid "top down" corporate structure negatively impacts creativity and morale. Planning processes can take years, and can lead to a cynical view of leadership. Staff can be reluctant to speak out in fear of reprisals.
