Pros

There's a certain satisfaction that comes with working to advance conservation. Most colleagues are top-notch.

Cons

Compensation is on par with other non-profits, which limits you to small raises each year that do not necessarily keep pace with cost-of-living increases. How well you can do your job depends on your team and manager.
