Pros

Apart from the fantastic work that we do with our partners to combat climate change and biodiversity, this is an organisation that really cares about it's people. I have been made to feel welcome by colleagues from across the globe, and no matter how busy people are, they take their time to support you with questions and growth.

Cons

The number of systems is quite overwhelming, which takes sometime to learn. Nothing major though and everyone is in the same boat.
