Pros

The main reason I love working for TNC is that it aligns with my values and goals, and I really feel like I am doing work that makes a difference. In addition to this, it's also a company with flexible work hours, great benefits, and lots of opportunity for growth.

Cons

I'm sure it's not a perfect company, but in my time here I have not seen anything that worried or discouraged me.

Pros

Good pay, global resources, passionate colleagues, and a strong mission. Great support in terms of grant management and philanthropy.

Cons

Sometimes a lot of red tape to pursue projects. Not as bad as government roles, but still prevents progress at times. There is a disconnect at the national and world office level when working with the business unit level. Organization goals emphasize quantitative goals such as # acres restored that don't align with other great work, like conservation in cities.
