Simmons program and tuition reimbursement, fun colleagues, love working with the students, the ACE is nice to use, daycare reimbursement

Cons

lack of support, low pay even with a master's degree, micromanagement

Thank you for your review, and more importantly for being a team member for six years! Glad you could take advantage of free graduate school and reimbursement for childcare expenses. These are just some of the perks that, when added to salaries, contribute to truly excellent total compensation packages for special education teachers across New England.
