Fulfilling job, connections with students, if you want to pursue education it can be a good fit

Cons

Very emotionally challenging work, frequent protective measures, not much support from admin. So many people work here and the turnover is so high that they don't seem to care much about individual teachers unless they're locked into grad school and are stuck at the school

High staff turnover and challenges with overtime, but management is very supportive throughout these difficulties!
