They will use you all they can. I worked 50+ hours a week only would get paid for 40 (on a 27k sal) Then after a year you hire someone and they get paid more then you, and your trainjng them. Get a car allowance and you drive them, and get a cell phone allowance yet all the calls are atill fowared to your phone. Then they try and pin you for stealing money. Even though the money to this day is still in the account. Because there to dumb to call and check. In stead the COO jim weaver writes you and email telling you "that you will make a nice prison witch" They say there a big fam and for the most part there are untill something needs to be blamed on someone. And a nother thing they are big about lieing to make there clients happy I cant count the times I couldnt send someone because of "who they were" and that wasnt what the client was looking for and I know its not just them its all of staffing you are made to do whatever it takes for that client because in the end they or onin doesnt give a crap about there values they want numbers and money. Lied to consistently, mislead, talked about and lies on to management, under appreciated and overworked with no overtime...forced to "work and be paid for 40 hours or work under 40 hours and be forced to use sick or PTO to be compensated. Regardless of children, family etc. if you work 60+ hours per week-it doesn't matter. You're still only entitled to the 40 hrs and no one cares as they say they do.
