After working for a Fortune 500 staffing company it is refreshing to work for a company that finds ethics of importance along with compassion for their employees. Onin trains and enables growth within the company.

Pros

Onin Group or Staffing is your ideal balance between large company and small company. Without many of the corporate America layers to peel to get things done and a work environment that fosters creative thinking and problem solving, Onin allows you to explore possibilities literally "outside the box". The company growth continues to trigger an honest investment in careers, whether those careers are in or outside Onin. In fact, I have seen many leave to other companies only to return and pursue further horizons within the company.

Cons

At this time I truly cannot think of any major Con to add here. The owners promote an open communication environment and address any concerns with promptness. Although cliche, they demonstrate empathy and truly care about the Tribe.
