All of my coworkers have positive attitudes and are pleasurable to work with. I have been given a lot of freedom in my position and generally enjoy my job. Management seems to take care to promote hardworking people within the organization and develop current employees.

Cons

Pay isn't competitive. There are politics here just as there are everywhere else`.
