Pros
Onin truly strives to invest in everyone who works for the company. I came in at a very entry-level position, and because I worked hard, Onin provided me with potential to expand and grow. They allow me to pursue areas of the business that I am the most interested in and talented at, which is something I really appreciate. They encourage me to be the very best I can be by knowing my strengths or interests and allowing me to use them in my job. I have seen this same treatment to countless others. The culture is excellent. It is genuinely fun to come to work every day, and because a healthy work-life balance is something Onin encourages, I am even supported in taking time for my family and personal life. It is so good not to be shamed for that. I would (and have) recommend any of my friends to work here.
Cons
The only con that I have seen is when people aren't willing to put in the work and become great at what they do, they are not handed promotions...but I wouldn't say that is a fault of the company.
