      I have been working with this company for many years and it is unlike any other company I have ever experienced. Onin truly cares about people and lives by the principles that it teaches.

      Pros

      I have been with Onin for about an year now and I am truly Happy working for a company that believe in its employees as well as teammates . Coming from a Staffing background ( being a temp) I had some bad experiences and was not to please with staffing firms. Being on the other side now and standing behind a company that sees the best in everyone no matter who you are is suburb. I was given an opportunity to be part of a company that stands alone from the rest and I am cherishing these moments ..

      Cons

      All company's have Cons not one company can say they are perfect because no one is! I do know that some branch/area managers need to communicate more to there team as well as keep them update on everything .also , from my recent encounters with a branch/Area manager I feel that they are keeping some employees from being promoted that has been around longer then I have by nick picking about things they do or not do. other then that , that's the only issue I have .

      The management team really cares about each of it's full time employees as well asTeammates on assignment. The most ethical company I have had the pleasure of working with.
