      Helping people find jobs is very rewarding

      Cons

      Manipulative, extremely poor leadership, will criticize you daily on the littlest things like not adding the word “please” in an email. Very low pay and small bonuses for the work you put in. Manager turns co workers against each other. Very toxic work environment. Puts on a fake image about company values but management does not act on those. I could go on and on. Do not work here. There are many other recruiting jobs that will treat you better and pay you more.

      Cons

      Leadership is a joke, more concerned about promoting an old school hair style than to find solutions for customers, low salary, bad communication, unprofessional, shady, zero urgency, I could keep going.
