If you have to leave early for an emergency they’re understanding

Cons

Promised a lot up front and they don’t deliver, wants you to work overtime but doesn’t want to pay you for it. Wants to deduct lunch when you don’t take them.

Cons

Not able to take time off without being scrutinized. Work most weekends. Interact with public with no onsite security. Responsible for cleaning the facility, no cleaning crew provided.

Internal staff at local firm became my work family.

Cons

Corporate does NOT have integrity! They don't value you as a person, if there's an issue they don't find resolution. I was disgusted as to how corporate "addresses" and "resolves" issues. They are quick to let a valuable team player go, very toxic environment!
