Thank you for your feedback! You’re right that The Perfect Workout is a great opportunity for entry-level personal trainers. Since we specialize in slow-motion strength training, we have our own thorough certification process. Therefore, unlike most personal training companies or gyms, we pay YOU to go through certification.

Pros

The job is flexible. Management for each workout studio and regional manager for each county are understanding and flexible around employees schedule. The clients we work with are very friendly and joke around. They also work hard most of the time but its our job to help motivate them constantly to reach their health and fitness goals.

Cons

Pay could be better. Even for the base hourly pay.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback! We are happy to hear that you enjoy the flexibility of your schedule. After doing extensive evaluation of our packages in comparison to other employers in our industry, we find that our compensation and benefits, while not above average, are fair. However, we are always looking at different bonus opportunities to provide our employees. We currently offer the following bonus opportunities: Staff Referrals, Client Referrals, Professional Development, and Nutrition Coaching.
