The number one priority for our management team is to see our trainers grow and succeed. Everything that is asked of our trainers is with the ultimate goal of helping them achieve their goals and be the best they can be at their job. We understand that there is always room for miscommunication and misinterpretation and we apologize if you experienced this. Although our pay does start at minimum wage, you are saving money by not having to pay to get certified. We pay YOU to get certified! In addition, we offer many opportunities and incentives for our trainers to advance above minimum wage and also earn bonuses. These include: Staff Referrals, Client Referrals, Professional Development, and Nutrition Coaching opportunities. These are all great ways to increase your income while also continuing to learn and grow as a trainer. There are also opportunities for promotions within the company which are available to everyone.
