The Perfect Workout Response
9yThank you for your review! Our company strongly values the concept of having a work and life balance. We want our employees to enjoy their job but also to have the freedom and flexibility to enjoy their life as well! We have no limit on how many days any of our employees can take off. All of our employees are permitted to take as much time off as he or she wants as long as their shift is covered. While we do not currently offer a 401k, we do offer health insurance. Employees are also permitted to train family and friends (and themselves) completely FREE! We also treat our employees to quarterly outings and other company events to reward our team members for all of their hard work.
