Pros

I love that all of our exercise is scientifically proven and evidence based. Working for The Perfect Workout has been such a great ongoing experience. I have learned and grown so much, professionally and personally because of the Values The Perfect Workout live by each day. Being able to have fun, change lives, and continue to learn AND get paid, has been life changing. The hardest part about my day is waking up, once I am at work, and get to train my first client, the rest is easy.

Cons

The only potential downside I can identify at this moment, is that, you will fall in love with the work you do each day. The clients you train will become lifelong friends with you. As a result, you will then become a workaholic, as have I. You then you literally will keep thinking about your work, like what you can do more for a client of yours to help them reach their goals, and just constantly working to be better at work and in life.

Pros

Working for TPW has been such an amazing experience. Getting the opportunity to help people change their lives and doing a job that makes me feel good is my ideal combination. I've never worked for a company with such a strong, positive company culture. All of the employees and managers are great people and teachers. I entered this position with hopes of just getting my foot into the door in the fitness industry, and within just a year I had very clear career path ahead of me. I absolutely love working for The Perfect Workout; where I feel valued, heard, trusted and encouraged to do my absolute best.

Cons

The most frustrating part about this job is when clients do not follow your advice in order to achieve their goals (mainly in regards to nutrition) and then get frustrated with you when they don't lose weight. I'm sure this is in any personal training job though.

Pros

This company truly believes in it's people and cares for them at a sincere level. This company and CEO truly live and breath their values everyday. There are many great books written about incredible companies and I believe that The Perfect Workout stands among the best of them! Someone asked me the other day how long I plan to work with this company and my answer was "forever". The President believes in their mission, is compassionate, fair, and an incredible leader. My family is truly blessed to have found The Perfect Workout and I know that I have personally grown by leaps and bounds since starting here.

Cons

This is a fast paced company that focuses on growth and personal development - if you're looking for an industry that you can just coast by in, this isn't the place for you!
