Pros

Everyone in this company is great to work with, from the CEO all the way down. They go out of their way to show how much they appreciate you, and communication is excellent.

Cons

No real benefits to speak of, which is a bummer. It'd be nice to have PTO, paid vacation time, etc. A small raise for each year worked would be cool too.

Pros

Apart from the awesome clients, one of the best qualities of this company is the presence of leadership who wants you to succeed and fellow trainers who are friendly and always willing to help. The tools are available to grow and improve at your job, and the regional manager was very accessible when questions or concerns arose. The schedule is set-up so that the trainers will typically work with the same clients each week, but there is a lot of flexibility to trade shifts with other trainers or for the clients to reschedule with other trainers. Company offers a base hourly pay rate with additional money earned based on the number of clients trained. Bonuses can be earned based on meeting goals and advancing in training programs.

Cons

Although there is much flexibility for changing schedules ahead of time, the nature of the job makes it difficult to have last-minute schedule changes or unplanned absences (there are clients waiting for you after all). Part of your success with your clients will be determined by how available you make yourself to respond to schedule changes/text messages/phone calls while not in the office. While it is never required to do these things on your own time, you realize that it's part of building trust and reliability with your clients, so most trainers stay available during their time off.

Pros

Company President and CEO who is very genuine and shows extreme care to all employees. Flexible hours, medical benefits, given the tools and training to succeed. Ample bonus and increase to pay opportunities, even when promotions into management may not be the right fit. They do the marketing for you so you don't have to bring in clients on your own, but they also pay you extra if you do bring clients in on your own.

Cons

I have worked here 4.5 years and I cannot think of any cons.
