Pros

The Pros of working here are experiencing the emotional, psychological, and physical changes you see your clients go through and the relationships that are built with amazing people. Scheduling is pretty flexible.

Cons

Other than health insurance, the company does not offer a 401k/retirement plan or paid personal time off/vacation.

Thank you for your review! Our company strongly values the concept of having a work and life balance. We want our employees to enjoy their job but also to have the freedom and flexibility to enjoy their life as well! We have no limit on how many days any of our employees can take off. All of our employees are permitted to take as much time off as he or she wants as long as their shift is covered. While we do not currently offer a 401k, we do offer health insurance. Employees are also permitted to train family and friends (and themselves) completely FREE! We also treat our employees to quarterly outings and other company events to reward our team members for all of their hard work.

Pros

I love that all of our exercise is scientifically proven and evidence based. Working for The Perfect Workout has been such a great ongoing experience. I have learned and grown so much, professionally and personally because of the Values The Perfect Workout live by each day. Being able to have fun, change lives, and continue to learn AND get paid, has been life changing. The hardest part about my day is waking up, once I am at work, and get to train my first client, the rest is easy.

Cons

The only potential downside I can identify at this moment, is that, you will fall in love with the work you do each day. The clients you train will become lifelong friends with you. As a result, you will then become a workaholic, as have I. You then you literally will keep thinking about your work, like what you can do more for a client of yours to help them reach their goals, and just constantly working to be better at work and in life.

Pros

Paid training of the methodology of the Perfect Workout

Cons

Leadership is out of touch with studio staff, not interested in feedback that doesn’t already align with company perception of itself

Thank you for sharing your experience—we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear the paid training and methodology made a strong impression. That foundation is something we’re really proud of and continue to invest in for every trainer who joins the team. Our leadership team, including members of our executive team, regularly spends time training in studios to stay closely connected to day-to-day operations. We also recognize there’s always room to continue improving and strengthening that connection as we grow, and we value feedback like yours as an important part of helping us do better. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter!
