Pros

Casual Dress.. that is all

Cons

They act like "casual dress" is a benefit.. instead of actually paying their employees what they are worth. This company was a lot better before it was acquired. If you were a minute later for work god forbid you would get reprimanded, I felt like I was a child. They actually tried to take away all remote work before the pandemic hit.. and after they would constantly monitor your activity. They have no trust in their employees and try to squeeze everything out of you.

We'll pass along your advice to leadership so that they can try to improve our internal management capabilities. Thank you for passing along this feedback.

Pros

-Good pay -Become close with co-workers because of the culture -Great potential for money

Cons

-Management is very unclear on what they expect from employees -Tons of micro-management and talking down to employees when they struggle -No verbal performance reviews, if you are not performing, they will let you go without ever helping you get better

Pros

uncapped commission - however their training is so terrible its laughable

Cons

- if you are a colored person you are only a number to them to hit a quota, this company is the epitome of "working for the white man" environment that only BIPOC people will understand - you will work with people who are caddy and pretend that it is a welcoming environment but really it is not and they don't have any empathy skills - if you take time off for a religious holiday they will throw it in your face later and say "you take too much time off" even if it was ONE DAY, just to find a reason to push you out. - i was literally told i "didn't use "smiley faces or punctuation marks enough" and was called "rude" for not doing so -- it was literally insane - going off my previous point, it is an extremely sexist company. imagine saying the above comment to a MALE employee.. that would never happen. but since im a female replying back to a gchat saying "yes i am on it" is considered "rude" apparently and is taken in the wrong context because i didnt use a smiley face? INSANITY AND DELUSIONAL.
