-Heart of River North, Chicago -Competitive Commission Plan and Incentives -Level of Autonomy in your role, but support from leadership when needed -Exciting, fun work environment! -Accessibility to best in class recruiting tools to assure success

Cons

-Longer work hours: Candidates are in different time zones occasionally so it is important to be available to communicate outside normal work hours to accommodate. Taking these calls will help in the long run, though!
