Planet Forward is a rapidly growing company that provides opportunity for both personal and career growth. Sky is the limit. I been with the company for over 5 years and can speak first hand on this. There is opportunity for both entry level and experienced professionals. Planet has created culture that is contagious for success and stresses the importance of family.

Cons

Planet Forward is a sales driven company, if you are self motivated and a hard worker this is a pro. If not, it could be a con.

- Strong commission plans and incentives - Quick promotion and earning potential - Competitive culture with a ton of collaboration between recruitment and sales - Support and recruit on a variety of jobs with well known companies nationwide - Open communication with senior management - Fun environment with team outings, lunch and learns, contests, etc.

Cons

- Hours can be long but the more you put in, the more you get out in this type of environment

Office was a little small - left company due to family concerns.
