They've created an atmosphere that allows self motivated individuals to excel in the work place by offering a competitive compensation plan and incentives. They have also ensured that their employees have access to all the tools and resources the industry has to offer. This includes the industry best ATS system, proven training programs, general and industry specific job board access, and individual LinkedIn recruiter accounts.

Planet Forward is a rapidly growing company that provides opportunity for both personal and career growth. Sky is the limit. I been with the company for over 5 years and can speak first hand on this. There is opportunity for both entry level and experienced professionals. Planet has created culture that is contagious for success and stresses the importance of family.

Cons

Planet Forward is a sales driven company, if you are self motivated and a hard worker this is a pro. If not, it could be a con.
