Cons
full-time corporate teams are in transition - over the past 10 years, the company has tried and failed to expand into different areas and has been bought and sold multiple times. This led to faltering revenues, which was no fun. So, there have been several rounds of layoffs to get company down to a more realistic size. Also refocused on core business. We all hope that we are now back on the upswing with a smaller team and more of a "start-up" atmosphere where more ideas are accepted and attempted and not as much corporate red tape. frankly, we lost a lot of good people in the layoffs, but also a lot of bad people.
