Great culture. Friendly good people that support each other and want you to succeed. Can easily balance work and social life.

Cons

Wide spread of misinformation and miscommunication makes it difficult to know your own products. Almost impossible to hit your goal every month. Management does not collect the right data to help you grow as a professional.

Pros

Flexible hours - as an instructor/tutor, you're largely able to take on jobs that work well with your schedule. It's an easy way to supplement your income.

Cons

TERRIBLE management. Absolutely terrible. There is a serious lack of accountability for middle/upper management and not enough communication regarding the expectations of employees. There is NO contact between local employees (instructors, proctors, etc.) and corporate. Everything is done through the local office, so there is a lot of unnecessary middle-managing that goes on, and a lot gets lost in translation. There is very little room for career growth, at least within a reasonable timeframe. This is definitely not a career-type job.
