Pros

There is no real order or organization, so the pro is that you can be a real entrepreneur and learn the ropes.

Cons

People are clique-ish and love to gossip. People are underpaid, job titles are constantly changing, layoffs don't make sense, and job responsibilities are unclear.

Pros

good opportunity and great pay

Cons

the standards for certification are kinda ridiculous, and the material to help you prepare for certification teaches you incorrectly
