If you want to get some experience in front of students, TPR is a good bet.

Cons

The training is spotty - some was great, some not so much. Things took a turn south when the company went public.

Pros

The people are the best part of this company. Employees come from a range of eclectic backgrounds, which creates a unique diversity across departments. I've been lucky to have competent, caring and flexible managers for the most part during my tenure.

Cons

Lack of company culture, lack of a long-term strategic plan and structure has caused considerable instability (for example, I have had 4 different managers in my 3 years and 4 months of working here, and undergone two corporate restructures.)

Extreme flexibility if you need it. Pay is not too bad

Cons

The online "master trainers" that teach you the pedagogy are extremely condescending. Writing a script is terrible when learning how to teach. Better to show people in person rather than saying you don't understand something at all and make you feel stupid. I have taught dozens of classes but I don't know what I'm doing when learning a different test? Honestly the online training needs to be revamped.
