Pros

It is a place for smart people, who learns and adopts to the work very quickly. Work will be quite interesting and challenging. I learned a lot from Princeton Review. I learned what to do and what not to do in a corporate very quickly from this organization. It is place for proactive learners. All roles and responsibilities for an employee are very beautifully designed (i.e. perfect planning is there at all levels in task execution).

Cons

Employee growth will be a bit slow (but there will be surely growth in the employee in all aspects). There is no perfect salary slab for the employee, so an employee need to negotiate properly before accepting offer from this company.
