Lots of independence Works around your schedule Great compensation scheme, especially works out if you put the needed effort into the job Great for making contacts and meeting people at university

Cons

Don't always get as many hours as you would like No real growth in terms of your position, unless you move to head office for full-time (assuming a position is open)
