Pros

Lots of training opportunity Flexibility Decent pay Great co-workers I've worked with some of the best people ever: supportive, helpful and fun. And the job duties are great. I feel like I really make a difference to my students.

Cons

Poor Marketing Lack of support if you aren't near an office Upper echelons have little or no respect for instructors Company has been sold to Penn Foster who do not support the original "corporate culture" as the "bad boys" of test prep. It's turning into a stuffy bunch of old ladies.

Pros

There are quite a few intelligent people throughout the company, and working with students is often very gratifying.

Cons

The pay is extremely low in general, but definitely so when considering the workload and expectations put upon the employees.
