Pros

None at all. Literally awful place.

Cons

Company is in shambles. Management is horrible, literally went through 5-6 new managers in a 9 months time span. Each manager promises you something and then you get a new manager and they don’t keep the promise that the last manager made you. It’s rude and the way the higher management communicates to the lower level employees is awful. No regard for their livelihood.

Pros

This used to be an amazing company to work for. Lots of smart, fun people to work with all the time. I loved everything about my job for the many years I worked there even in the face of constant turnover and financial troubles.

Cons

Now that it's in the hands of ST Unitas, the company has completely imploded from within. All of the top talent has left, morale is shattered, and there is really no hope left for a once great company.

Pros

Good initial teacher training. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Absurdly low pay. Turnover is high because people realize they should just take the credential and tutor independently. Nasty administrators get away with it because there is no way to give constructive feedback. Zero feedback or professional growth opportunity after training. You get like 1/15th of the income your bring in. Also, realize that you are being paid crap money to protect the Ivy Tower and American academia from minorities by offering elite tutoring to families who an afford TPR's exorbitant prices. You are giving rich kids the keys to the castle.
