Pros

Other departments here seem very friendly but not General Council so the lesson here is do not work in this department. -Not having to hear or deal with anyone in this department ever again will be what I am most happy about!

Cons

A few folks went to Harvard and think their $200,000 education has earned them the right to treat people like they are inferior to them in every way. I saw management talk down to clients daily. Just goes to show you there is a big difference between “book smarts”and knowing how to deal with people in a kind and thoughtful way. PR will not last much longer with people like this working for them ruining their reputation.
