Other departments willing to speak with me so I was able to learn a great deal inside and outside my department. I am treated as a member of the team not just an intern.

Tons of work perks, events, and benefits. Positive office culture. Manageable work load. Many opportunities for networking and gaining contacts. Great insurance/benefits package.

Cons

Poor communication from upper management to employees. Poor company morale, in some departments. Fair-to-poor compensation. Lack of career advancement opportunities within the company. Average work-life balance.
