Pros

Great benefits and work-life balance. Perks (grammy tickets, in-house mini-concerts.)

Cons

Kind of like the DMV or Post Office -- slow-footed and not very professional at times

Pros

Great Networking and free CD's and promotional items.

Cons

Due to budget cuts NARAS let many secretaries from around the country go. Now they hire 1-3 unpaid interns a term and make them do everything the secretary once did FOR FREE. This should be a paid internship. Unless you are mindless and have never worked before, you will learn nothing at this job.
