Pros

The money isn't bad for what I do, I enjoy the customers and freedom. We start work early in the morning when the stores are less busy and I enjoy getting off by 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon.

Cons

They will literally hire anything that breathes, drug addicts, drunks, felons. Seems like the solid employees get a raw deal, not sure why the others would be favored. We literally have no idea from day to day how many hours we will work or if we will suddenly be told that there is no work for a whole week. This can work for a person if you're not under too much Financial strain but it really messes with your mind to not ever have any consistency and to always wonder when you're going to get yelled at for something you had no control over.

Pros

It’s a fast pace fairly easy to follow job, we’ve got some really good team members

Cons

They hire as part time but you work full time most the time your told fridays off and almost never get fridays off, you only make 15 an hour while most store employees make $20 or more. The company has problem with communication. If the Lead is sick no one on the team gets to work unless they find a new lead to step in. You never know who’s in charge for the day, people get hired and people quit just as quickly. There are disrespectful trainers who talk to people as if they have a disability in learning, then proceeded to try and force you to communicate after you’ve set boundaries. There are 21 stores in my district and 20 some employees meaning a person a store on a large scale. They over load what sets we need to do. They work you more then 8-10 hours without knowledge of the extra time. No benefits for part time even though they work us full time. The planograms are usually wrong or measured incorrectly, or the pictures show the wrong product to the UPC codes. Ignore light duty notes given by doctors.
