Hours are unsure. Some leads give their self more hours. My lead now waits until we leave and says she stays until about 4am which is not fair if we are leaving at 11:30 only getting 6 hours and she’s getting 8+. I think She’s doing it for the rest of the team besides me and one other person. Me and the other person have been doing all the bigger and harder resets by ourselves with no help since it was switched to 2nd shift due to virus. Supervisor switched our teams and we don’t get our 8 hours anymore. It’s unfair for leads to say they were there from 6pm to 4am. Doing what? Because when we come back to the store the following days all the work is where we left off so what was being done from 12am-4am??
