Pros

I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I truly appreciate the teamwork we've built within our department. It's incredibly rewarding to see how we come together to resolve issues for both managers and employees. Whether it's troubleshooting a complex payroll concern or simply ensuring timely and accurate support.

Cons

At this time, I don't have any cons. Happy to work with such a nice group.

Pros

The pay is ok. Eventually you realize it is not worth it, with the many problems that you go through working there.

Cons

Training: There is little to no training. There was no proper training for employees to even try to retain knowledge. I was thrown out by myself there on my 3rd or 4th day and they expected me to make a sale with no information. I barely knew how to log into system or was not even given a t-shirt yet. No work-life balance: Could not take off for anything even if it was months in advance. Not enough people working there to rotate schedule or even get off for a day. Management: Every hour or even 30 minutes management messages in group chat about sales. If the store is dead, they do not care they just want a sell no matter how you sell it. This creates a hostile and toxic work environment. Management has no clue; they are sometimes no help. Manager does not prepare or demonstrate efficiently. The reginal management has most likely had not been there that long and was not given proper training either. This starts from the top to new hires. Environment: It was nice talking to customers in store. It can get annoying working with Walmart employees in electric department, and everyone is angry and asking for help and you are unable to help all while trying to sell phones. Efficiency: The company's setup is not very efficient. Should be a better way in 2023 to enter in customer's information. The system is repetitive and doesn't have many options to go back, compare plans, or even prices of phones customer are interested in.

Pros

There are none at this company

Cons

Management is rude to store managers, benefits cost to much, other competing companies pays way more and I mean way more then this company offers to pay, when work is slow its dead, please don't waste your time. There's about to be a position open because I'm quitting after this review. My advice is to keep it moving.

Not a place to build a career

Business Outlook

Pros

If you're lucky to have a quality manager, you will love working here. Hopefully your manager also has a quality manager so they stay with the company as well.

Cons

-Make Honesty and integrity win every time unless you promote people who sleep their way to a higher position -demand success in all that you do, even if it means cutting off a department to increase the CEO's and shareholder's investments in the company. -be a passionate entrepreneur by taking on contracts with other companies that only last 4 to 6 months while having your employees work under the assumption this will be their new career path with the company -embrace change and embrace learning while continuing to do the same thing over and over hoping it works -amaze your customers until you decide you don't need them anymore. then you can just cut them off and not worry about the time they spent helping you build your company -have fun and never take yourself too seriously because the CEO surely doesn't take you seriously. you're just a cog in the machine he plans to replace or just remove entirely

Pros

T-ROC is a truly amazing company to work for. From day one, I’ve felt supported and set up for success, with unlimited resources and guidance to grow. The fun, family-like culture makes every day enjoyable, and partnerships with brands like Pokémon make the work even more exciting. With endless upward mobility, I’ve grown from a Warehouse Manager to a Regional Manager. I’m proud to call T-ROC my home and family.

Cons

Can't seem to find a con. If I find one, ill let you know!

Pros

I personally found that the supervisors and managers were extremely supportive to not only myself but to other TROC employees as well. I enjoyed my employment with this company and had I not been offered a higher paying position with another company I would still be employed with TROC.

Cons

None, nothing to complain about!

Pros

I recently started with T-ROC and thought I should give praise for their interview and onboarding process. There was only one interview which was scheduled promptly and on video with the hiring manager. Once offered the role, I was able accept the offer and easily fill out all of my onboarding documents on my phone within minutes. This was a refreshing change compared to some of the archaic processes and systems I’ve experienced with other companies. Everybody involved in my experience early on has been great, and it’s apparent to me already that this is a place that will provide me opportunities to grow.

Cons

As I mentioned, I just started so no cons as of now.
