Pros

-Leaders that truly care about people and put employees first -Fantastic pay and benefits -Results-oriented work environment -Effective systems and processes -Strong client relationships -Ideal for confident, outgoing individuals who have a strong work ethic

Cons

I’m sorry, this is probably unhelpful but I think you should just experience it for yourself and make up your own mind. I feel like “Pros” are objective and concrete, but “Cons” are too subjective and individual to every person.

My manager is incredible!

Pros

I love my manager! He’s one of the best guys you’ll ever meet! I feel like he genuinely cares about my personal career goals and wants what’s best for me. I’m already on track to establish a solid career in the company and I owe it all to him!

Cons

The only con is that I didn’t start working here sooner, because then I would be much farther along and probably already in a management position!

T-ROC stays true to its values and its mission, even during one of the worst, most chaotic years in recent history. If that isn’t respectable, I don’t know what is.

Cons

People who can’t see the forest for the trees.
