I had an outstanding experience with my new hire orientation at T-Roc. The management team is incredibly supportive and created a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere where I immediately felt welcomed and valued. The product training provided by our client was top-notch, equipping us with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in supporting their product sales in-store. The entire onboarding process was designed to set us up for success, and it truly shows in the quality of the preparation and support provided.

I recently started with T-ROC and thought I should give praise for their interview and onboarding process. There was only one interview which was scheduled promptly and on video with the hiring manager. Once offered the role, I was able accept the offer and easily fill out all of my onboarding documents on my phone within minutes. This was a refreshing change compared to some of the archaic processes and systems I’ve experienced with other companies. Everybody involved in my experience early on has been great, and it’s apparent to me already that this is a place that will provide me opportunities to grow.
