Pros

Easy for new hires to move up with no experience or education, Some senior managers are excellent at what they do and care a great deal about their employees.

Cons

Terrible senior management (some), Majority doesn't live by core values, no work-life balance, the management gives tons of empty compliments before speaking to you like a dog. Even if you are successful it's followed by do more/not good enough/ or give me more/why didn't you do more. Recruiting only fills spaces with warm bodies not with qualified individuals. There are many individuals who would be more suited for upper management but were offered base positions because recruiters only wanted to fill their quota. Organizational structure is a joke, field employees have a better pulse on how to do things than management but it takes forever for them to enact change. No communications between field partners and field management. Field partners are often ignorant of changes within their own organization and give constant pushback when field management tries to implement policies and procedures their organization agreed to or mandated. The training program is terrible, it does not give associates the tools they need when getting into the field.

Pros

The pay was a winner

Cons

Lack of leadership, lack of direction (didn't want to make changes to make things better) arrogant upper management, no respect for the caliber of employee that the entry-level jobs bring in no work-life balance you are always on the clock time off sucks. you will not have a direct leader when you start they will refer you to another market manager. If you are applying for any position in the Rocky Mountian region especially North Carolina I would withdraw your application, HR also doesn't do their jobs and evaluate from both sides they just follow the upper leadership like puppets.

Pros

This was my first job experience right out of school and I’ve got to say, they set the bar EXTREMELY high. The culture is fantastic. Management is supportive. All of my coworkers were amazing, great people to work with. I was paid well and the benefits were phenomenal. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants a positive work experience.

Cons

Not a one. I’d still be with the company today if I hadn’t been given the opportunity to co-own my own business with a friend.
