Flexible schedule morning evenings and nights

They gives you 2 days training even though they know you have no experience and they expect you to sale like a pro, Upper management is so disrespectful and kept saying things like this is what they pay us for they call you you out if you don't have any sales, its very uncomfortable to work there, I worked there for a few months a it was completely insane the amount new people that came in and little little they where leaving. Whatever you do please stay away from this place, there is much more out there you will leave hating sales

Pay was good but commission was not what I was promised.

Cons

Toxic. They push what they called a hustler mentality. You always got in trouble for low sales even if there were no customers in the store.

The worst management I've ever seen. They constantly make you text in to the group chat every 15 min for updates on your day. If you don't. You get wrote up. The micromanaging going on in this company is horrendous!
