Full-time was available and room for advancement.

Cons

You may be scheduled to come in at 8 AM but would be called at 7:30 to not come in till 10AM. You had to be extremely flexible and be ready to be called out if it rained. No overtime.

Due to the seasonality of our business, it can be very difficult to manage staff levels, especially when unplanned turbulent weather hits. We are looking to introduce some tools real soon that will improve the way that we schedule and help our managers better communicate with our team members.

-It was great for a summer job -You do get a "free" lunch that comes out of your check -You get to be at a different stand every day

Cons

-If you are a hard worker they will overwork you -In the stands that are outside they leave the cups out and bugs sometime get into them and we just rinse it out and reuse it -Some of the employees didn't care and took free food and bottled drinks home -the cashier system used is old and outdated and your till will always be over or under

Pros

I learned a lot as a visual merchandising manager. Always opportunities for overtime and it was always something to do to keep busy.

Cons

There was not much training or development. Also felt management did not really pay attention to what went on with employees. If a concern was voiced there was not much action taken on behalf of the employee. Also, there is no follow up with why employees quit.
