With regard to adapting to a changing technical environment, we would like to note that we have recently invested in and successfully implemented an industry-leading staffing software suite. We are very committed to employing cutting-edge technology to enhance our client and candidate service. Additionally, Salem continues to enjoy outstanding tenure among its staff. We are proud of our extremely low turnover rate, and we build strong, lasting relationships with our best and brightest employees. That said, in any organization, not every employee/employer combination is a perfect fit. Occasionally, employees and companies do need to part ways. Fortunately, Salem's interviewing/hiring process has been designed to find truly best-fit candidates to join our wonderful team - and it's been quite successful in doing so.
