At this point the only cons that I can come up with is work from home opportunities aren't available immediately upon joining the team. The nice thing though is that the conversation is on the table to explore being able to do so in the future. There are also long time employees that have proven their capabilities and dedication and those are allowed to occasionally work from home.

Someone mentioned the leadership being there for 38 years--think about that. 38 years of the same people. ie--outdated software, outdated way of thinking. So outdated that people can't believe The Salem Group are still a thing. How they keep winning best place to work, I'll never understand. There's no growth potential--you can go from staffing coordinator to staffing manager but you do the same thing. The moral is always down; there's no formal training; I could name more--but there's just too much. If you are considering applying or taking a job here, I would be rethinking that decision.
