      Pros

      Nice office, nice coffee machine, Starbucks in the building. Gym in the building.

      Cons

      No Communication between management and employees. Terrible pay. Accounting Department doesn't promote from within.

      Pros

      The Company has some great talent under their wings. Resources like graphic design for events are great. Good operation tech.

      Cons

      Horrible planning and worse follow through. Upper management has their heads stuck in places sun doesn't shine. They have no problem having a random thought, like inspect all rooms for X. Then having not thought it completely through, a day or two later...guess what? They just thought of Y and Z. Now please go inspect all rooms again. Maybe if I was green in this field their madness wouldn't seem so bad. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Yall are gonna fall just as fast as you came up if you keep operating this way.

      Pros

      You learn more about the student housing industry, opportunity to travel to corporate office in Chicago for training and end of the year rewards. Pay is also good.

      Cons

      Not open to new ideas, it's their way or no way. Expect all managers to be dictators and perform task of those under them. Require you to work weekends, with literally 1 hr notice. Work life balance is basically non-existent. Everything is very business like, not organic.
