Pros

There are no pros for this company.

Cons

1. Benefits are expensive. 2. Company culture is not professional, people gossip like High Schoolers. 3. Everyone is out to get you fired, so there is no in-office communication. 4. Most people who are high up in title/rank truly suck at their job, and are only there because they are best friends with the person above them.

Pros

The Scion Group, more so than any other company I have worked for, makes sure its employees have the tools they need to succeed, along with the training to utilize them. Individual efforts are noticed and recognized in the form of new opportunities. Additionally, if you put in the work and want to be promoted, there are numerous avenues for growth within the company!

Cons

This is not so much a con, as a piece of advice. You have to take ownership of your role. This can be said for any role in which an individual wants to be successful. If you are looking for a job where you can rest on your laurels and expect things to get done, consider reevaluating your roadmap success. You have to be willing to put in the time and effort to make sure you are hitting your personal and company-set goals. I promise, the continued effort will only help improve your skill-set.
