      Job is fairly easy Some of the people are nice

      Cons

      The pay is awful; they no longer offer bonuses or incentives for workers, I received very little training, and I was told that because I am a good worker, more is expected of me for the same pay as my slacker coworkers, the managers are gossipy and talk poorly about employees if they ever stop discussing their personal lives. Managers do not believe they should have to work and that everyone around them should do their job, but they should receive all the benefits and pay for just showing up.

      Great Company Bad Management

      Pros

      Scion is a great corporation with a great business model and ideas for their properties.

      Cons

      Scion does not dedicate enough attention to their properties or care about their employees. There should be no reason as to why their employees cannot afford rent on their properties and they work in the leasing office. There needs to be some discounts offered to employees for their hard work or most importantly an increase in pay all together.
